James Tanna
James currently works as a Programme Officer at disability inclusion NGO CBM.
In this role, he designs and implements health, education, and human and social rights projects for persons with disabilities. He is particularly interested in participatory and evidence-based approaches to development and solving conflicts.
James has previous experience as a law clerk with the Australian Government Solicitor, a research assistant in history and law at the University of Sydney, and as Youth Development Officer with the UN Agency for Palestine Refugees in Jordan. He has bachelor’s degrees in Media and Communications and in Law, and a Master’s in International Development.
He loves all things Clare Hall, outer space, rowing, music (especially the violin!), nature (especially hiking and swimming in it!), and baking and is always excited to talk!!
