Clare Hall, a College for advanced study in the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint a Development Office Administrator to provide efficient fundraising and alumni relations administrative support to the Development team.
Working as part of a small but flexible and creative Development Team, you will ensure that records are kept up to date, research is carried out and reports and letters are produced to assist the work of the office. You will be responsible for gift administration and producing mailings as well as preparing profiles, letters and other written communications.
With excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, you will be committed to high professional standards, have a friendly approach and ensure high levels of customer service. You will have experience of working with data of a confidential and sensitive nature, ideally with Raiser’s Edge database experience.
