A Student Assistance Programme (SAP) became available to all Clare Hall students from 1 October this year.
The SAP is being introduced as an additional strand of the College's support for student wellbeing and mental health, beyond that provided by the existing College-Based Counsellor, College Nurse and the wider University Counselling Service.
Our Tutorial team understands the need for support to be available 24/7, with no complex or onerous paperwork before it can be accessed, and hopes students will find the resources of the SAP helpful.
Dr Holly Hedgeland, our Senior Tutor, comments:
"We have partnered with one of the top Student and Employee Assistance Programme providers in the UK to bring students this professional service, offering a confidential phoneline with trained counsellors at the other end; and an app and website with additional resources to support wider wellbeing."
