Clare Hall Boat Club returns to the river

Clare Hall Boat Club (CHBC) have returned to the river following a period of pausing rowing due to Covid-19.

Timo Haber, CHBC Captain, says:
"We are all so happy to finally be back on the water, with many new faces, lots of enthusiasm and team spirit. Our training is progressing very well, as everyone is keen to learn and eager to represent Clare Hall on the Cam. We are currently working on the basics of rowing, such as the separation of movement and correct rhythm. Soon the team will be able to do this with all eight rowing at the same time, and we are planning to participate in races in Easter term, including the Summer VII Regatta (the replacement event for May Bumps)."
