Anna-Leah Ina Gebühr

Role: Vice President of the Graduate Student Body

Contact details:

What is your area of study?

I am a Master’s student in the Faculty of Education, focusing on social mobility in urban spaces.

Where are you from?

I am from a small town in Southern Germany, called Kirchheim unter Teck, but I have spent the last few years in London.

How long have you been a Clare Hall student for?

I joined Clare Hall this autumn, so it has been only a few weeks.

What do you love about Clare Hall?

I love the small and sheltered character of the college. Especially in the currently turbulent world, the college is a place where I feel at home. I love sitting in the gardens and seeing my fellow students, and you get to know almost everyone because it is such a small but welcoming community.

What are you hoping to achieve in your role as a GSB Vice President?

My aim is to support our incredible team in their amazing projects for students, whether that be concerning sports, equality issues or sustainability. The voice of the students is heard here, and I am hoping to amplify this voice as much as I can.
