Takeaway Meals - Order Form

Week commencing 12th April 2021

Before completing this form, please check you have sufficient funds on your Upay account to purchase.

If self-isolating, please supply your accommodation address so a volunteer can deliver to your doorstep. Compostable cutlery is available if self-isolating only.

All orders need to be placed by 8am on Friday 9th April, due to reduced delivery from our suppliers.

All meals will be pre-packed and labelled, ready for collection between 12.30pm-1.30pm for lunch and 5pm-6pm for dinner and breakfast service.


Standard / Member prices:

How to collect

Those entering from Herschel Road should come in by Michael Stoker/Leslie Barnett house, along Families’ Walk, into the Lodge, through to the patio by the common room, collect meals from the dining room, leave by the small bar, and exit onto Herschel Road.

Those coming from Elmside should move up via the ALB, onto the patio, into the dining room, and out the back door, down the path to Elmside.

In this way, with two anticlockwise loops, no one should meet unnecessarily on their way in and out of meal collection.

Under NO circumstances are you allowed to enter the kitchen and we ask you to keep your distance from staff members serving your lunch as we comply with the health and safety distancing advice from the Government.

Anything not collected during the stated time periods will be left in the dining room for collection.

Please note any uncollected food will be disposed of before the next service begins and will still be charged to your account. 

Breakfast bags (for the following morning) will be ready for collection with your dinner order.

Changes to the menu

The menu may change without notice due to the availability of supplies due to the current situation. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but ask that you bear with us while we do our best to make sure everyone is supplied a meal.

Please note, if you wish to make a change to the form before submitting, please use the '0' choice to cancel meals. If you have already submitted the form and wish to make changes, please contact kitchen.manager@clarehall.cam.ac.uk  

Please choose 3 courses only. The options are soup, meat main or vegetarian main, dessert or fruit.

Please note you must indicate quantities of your choices otherwise the Kitchen Manager will not be able to process your order.
