The Cambridge Public Speaking Programme
Free Workshop Series for Clare Hall and Robinson MCR Students
Clare Hall is pleased to host a dedicated cohort of the Cambridge Public Speaking Programme this Easter Term.

This free programme offers practical, supportive training in public speaking, designed to help participants develop confidence, clarity and presence when speaking in academic and professional settings. The workshops combine guided learning with immersive techniques and structured practice. A certificate is awarded on completion.
Participants from Clare Hall and Robinson College MCR will sign up via the central programme link and will then be allocated to the dates reserved specifically for this joint cohort.
Schedule
All sessions take place on Mondays at 5pm in the Doshisha Room, West Court, Clare Hall.
- 13 April – Workshop 1 (1 hour)
- 27 April – Workshop 2 (1 hour)
- 11 May – Presentation Evening (1-2 hours)
The final session offers participants the opportunity to deliver a short presentation in a supportive environment to celebrate their progress.
Who can attend
This cohort is open to Clare Hall students and Robinson College MCR students only.
