Below we’ve highlighted a selection of upcoming events that we think our Life Members and Friends will especially enjoy.

Please note that events specifically for Life Members and Friends are usually communicated via email, although there will be exceptions such as the forthcoming Alumni Festival. Please get in touch with our Alumni and Donor Relations Office directly if you have any questions regarding these events.

‘Passages of Light’: Exhibition of Paintings by Cambridge Artist Oliver Soskice

On the 8th of June ‘Passages of Light’, a new exhibition of oil paintings by the Cambridge artist Oliver Soskice goes on show. This free exhibition can be found in the internal courtyard and in the common room of the main building; it is open 10am- 5pm and runs until 20th of July, with a colour catalogue available for purchase.

Clare Hall Book Club

Join the College’s Book Club as they discuss Crooked Plow by Itamar Vieira Junior (2023) on 7 August at 8pm.

Clare Hall Summer Seminars 2023

It is a pleasure for us to invite you to the Clare Hall Summer Seminar Series. This twelve-session event will take place in the Clare Hall Meeting Room on Wednesday evenings right before the Formal Hall, that is from 6 to 7 pm on Wednesdays, between 12 July and 27 September. The Summer Seminar Series has been organised by Fraya Frehse and Li Tang, Life Members of Clare Hall.
