Please ONLY use this form if you live in Hinsley Lane. Please complete all fields below and provide as much detail as possible regarding the work required. By submitting this maintenance request and if the work requires it, you are giving us permission to enter your room between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

In the event of an out of hours urgent issue (eg. high volume water leaks or floods, fire, no running water, a prolonged loss of heating or hot water) please do not complete the form but instead call through to the Clare Hall Porters on (01223) 332360. The on-duty Porter will escalate the matter to the out of hours teams, and also monitor the resolution period.
