On Tuesday 3 February, Clare College Chapel was filled with music as the Clare Hall and Clare College Choirs came together for a joint Evensong. There was a strong turnout, and the evening was shaped by the beautiful atmosphere and resonant sound of the chapel, which lent a special warmth and depth to the service and created a quietly joyful sense of occasion.

The combined choirs sang brilliantly, offering a rich and confident programme with music by Stephen Paulus, Charles Villiers Stanford, and Ola Gjeilo. The quality of the singing and the sense of togetherness made the service a memorable moment in the term and a lovely celebration of choral life across the colleges.
