Congratulations to our affiliated postdoctoral member Dr Haoyang Ye, who was awarded the University of Cambridge Enhancing Research Culture Fund alongside her team of Dr Charlotte Simmonds and PhD Student Amanda Stoffers. The funding aims to promote diverse career paths for astronomy/astrophysics researchers with diverse backgrounds.

The funding will be used for the Monthly Astro Career Talks Series, which was initiated by Haoyang, and has been running since the start of 2024 with the help of Charlotte and Amanda. The series invites guest speakers each month to share their journey in academia or industry, to highlight career paths in the astrophysics field.
