Rina is the founder and CEO of SynergisED, a research and innovation lab dedicated to shaping the future of learning. Prior to founding SynergisED, she worked with local and multinational companies as an independent consultant. During her time at Cambridge as a PhD student at Clare Hall, she researched and developed the Computational Thinking Challenge and co-founded the Cambridge China Education Forum. She is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and an Honorary Associate of the Centre for Advancement in Inclusive and Special Education at the University of Hong Kong.

Whenever I think of Clare Hall, I feel a profound sense of gratitude for the incredible community of which I was part of. Meal times at the dining hall and coffee chats in the college lounge were where intellectual discussions unfolded, ideas blossomed, and the way I think was shaped, many of which inspired the projects I now work on. I am humbled to have been part of this community and to have met many brilliant minds whom I consider lifelong friends. What made the college so special for me were the connections – the remarkable people who not only grew alongside me but also walked in step with me on this academic journey, with all the joy and challenges that come with it.

We wish Rina all the best with her future endeavours!
