Professor Barbara Sahakian contributes Foreword to New Scientist bookazine on mental health
A new New Scientist bookazine, How to Think About Mental Health, featuring a Foreword by Clare Hall Fellow Professor Barbara Sahakian, has now been published.
The latest instalment in New Scientist’s How to Think About series brings together current research on some of the most common and complex mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, anorexia and ADHD. It also explores emerging treatments, the role of lifestyle and resilience, and wider questions around happiness and well-being.

Professor Sahakian is Professor of Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow of Clare Hall. Her research focuses on cognition, mental health, neuroscience and the development of new approaches to treatment.
We are delighted to see Professor Sahakian contributing to this timely publication and helping to bring important research on mental health to a wider audience.
