Dr. Johan Gärdebo

Johan Gärdebo is a Research Fellow of Clare Hall (2023–2025), an associate of the Cambridge Centre for History and Economics, and a visiting scholar at the Department of History of Science. He studies climate knowledge and decarbonisation policies as these interplay in local, national, and transnational settings, from late 1800s to the present. Gärdebo is currently collaborating on three research projects:
