Dr Xuanning Chen
Dr. Xuanning Chen is a postdoctoral researcher and KTP associate at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge. She holds a PhD in Information Science and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
Dr. Chen’s research centres on two interconnected areas: (1) The first is human-AI interaction, with a particular focus on human information behaviour, such as serendipity, during these interactions. (2) The second is generative AI and its societal implications, specifically its impact on education and online business.
