Paul Mellon
A modern building located at West Court which houses nine 2 bedroom properties and a large one-bedroom apartment with accessibility facilities.
All properties benefit from garden or courtyard views, separate fully, equipped kitchens, living rooms, private bathrooms and bedrooms to sleep up to 4 people, and consequently generally house many of our Fellows and Life Members with families.
Located close to the College swimming pool and gym and with access to the laundry services located on the site.
Rental charges range from £1520 – £1905.
Gillian Beer House
Located at West Court, overlooking the College gardens and pond, the charming period property has a studio and 1-2 bedroom apartments. It also houses some of our guestrooms.
The property is charming, with light, bright and fully furnished properties, The building is also located near to the College swimming pool and gym and with easy access to the laundry services located on site.
The building also houses our Richard Eden suite which available for conferencing and events.
Rental charges range from £1320 – £1905.
Salje Building
Built in 2010 and located at our West Court site at the top of Herschel Road, this modern building houses five residential apartments with 1-2 bedrooms with views of the beautiful College gardens.
The properties have open plan kitchens and living areas, fully furnished with bright modern fixtures and fittings.
The building is a short walk to the College swimming pool and gym with easy access to laundry services located nearby on site.
There is residential parking available (subject to availability and registration with the Porters Lodge).
Rental charges range from £1485 – £1905.
5b Herschel Road
A short walk from the main College buildings, the large former family property offers off-road parking for residents and a spacious rear garden with shared access.
The property includes a guestroom and a couple’s apartment as well as two 2 bedroom residential apartments, which benefit from ample-sized rooms with period features and views over the garden.
The residential apartments charge from £1910 per calendar month.
Main Site
Located close to the Porters Lodge, the College common room and dining hall, our main site accommodation has a selection of studio and one-bedroom flats, as well as the Family Walk which provides up to 4 bedrooms.
Many of the properties overlook the Scholars Gardens and benefit from having either a ground floor patio area or balcony.
All apartments have fully equipped kitchens and private bathrooms and are fully furnished, including bed linen.
The properties have access to our laundry services located under the main College building and residential parking (subject to availability and registration with the Porters Lodge).
They also benefit from being a short walk to the College library and studies.
Rental charges range from £1330 for studio apartments, with a 4 bedroom apartment from £2650.
