Snezhana Shevchenko is an Arts and Music Officer for the Graduate Student Body Committee (GSB) 2022/23.

Snezhana is an art enthusiast. She sang in St Petersburg TV and Radio Children’s Choir – one of the oldest and most professional choirs in Russia – throughout her childhood. During her undergraduate years at Moscow State University, Snezhana studied Literary History and Linguistics, specialising in art discourse analysis. After graduating in 2021, she worked as a foreign language teacher and also as a guide in one of the most famous Russian museums – the Hermitage.

This year, Snezhana is completing an MPhil in Second Language Education at Cambridge and is delighted to have an opportunity to contribute to students’ cultural life and entertainment at Clare Hall by being a GSB Arts and Music Officer.
